About Me
I graduated from the Physician Assistant program at NYIT, Old Westbury NY in 2004. I am presently teaching full time in this department and work perdiem in the ED at Mercy Medical Center in RVC NY. I am also a Physician from Colombo, Sri Lanka where I earned my MBBS in 1991 and have worked in Ob/Gyn, Pediatrics, ICU and family practice over the years. I am also a Faculty Associate of the Center for Global Health at NYIT and teach 'Cultural Disparities in Global Health' as part of the Certificate in Global Health.
